1. Overview & Agreement
These Clinic Partner Terms govern the relationship between ReplaceRoots Healthcare Technologies India and the legal entity or authorized practitioner ("Clinic Partner" or "Provider") registering, claiming, or operating a listing on the ReplaceRoots platform.
2. Verification & Professional Standards
By listing a clinic, you represent and warrant that:
- All doctors, surgeons, and specialists listed on your profile possess valid BDS/MDS degrees recognized by the Dental Council of India and hold active state dental council registrations.
- Your facility adheres to all relevant municipal, state, and biomedical waste management regulations.
- Pricing ranges provided for dental implant procedures are accurate and reflect realistic starting quotes offered to direct walk-in or booked patients.
3. Patient Lead Handling & Privacy
Patient consultation enquiries delivered via ReplaceRoots contain confidential medical interest data. Clinic Partners agree to:
- Contact prospective patients only in direct relation to their specific dental implant enquiry.
- Never sell, export, or add patient contact details to unsolicited external marketing databases.
- Comply with India's DPDP Act 2023 regarding patient health data retention and security.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities will result in immediate suspension or permanent blacklisting:
- Submitting fraudulent or fabricated patient reviews.
- Misrepresenting specialist credentials or implant certifications.
- Operating bait-and-switch pricing where advertised estimates bear no relationship to quotes given to patients upon arrival.
- Impersonating another dental brand or copying proprietary imagery without legal authorization.
5. Marketplace Commercials & Taxes
All subscription and promotional fees paid by Clinic Partners are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%). GST invoices are generated automatically and available in the Clinic Dashboard.
