1. The ReplaceRoots Verification Standard
Patient safety and marketplace trust are our top priorities. Unlike uncurated directories, clinics listed as "Verified" on ReplaceRoots must pass strict physical, academic, and legal verification checks before receiving the verification checkmark badge.
2. Verification Requirements
A clinic receives Verified status only after our verification team successfully validates:
- Practitioner Qualifications: Valid BDS/MDS degree certificates and active state Dental Council of India (DCI) registration for the lead implantologist.
- Clinical Establishment Registration: State Clinical Establishments Act compliance or municipal health trade license.
- Sterilization & Surgical Facilities: Mandatory presence of Class B autoclave sterilization equipment and dedicated operatory rooms for surgical implant placement.
- Physical Address Validation: Direct contact confirmation, geotag verification, and physical signage matching the business entity name.
- GST & Statutory Registrations: Valid GSTIN registration where applicable under Indian tax laws.
3. Strict Separation: Verified ≠ Featured ≠ Sponsored
In accordance with Elite Plan §33 and Indian advertising standards:
- Verified: Represents objective compliance with clinical credentials and physical legitimacy checks. Verification status cannot be purchased, negotiated, or upgraded through payment.
- Featured: Highlights clinics that meet higher completeness and responsiveness thresholds. Featured status is strictly denoted with an amber badge.
- Sponsored: Paid promotional inventory clearly marked with a "Sponsored" label. Sponsored listings are never granted artificial verification badges or artificial review scores.
4. Re-verification & Revocation
Clinics are subject to re-verification every 12 months. Verification is revoked immediately in cases of state council disciplinary actions, unresolved clinical malpractice findings, false doctor attributions, or fraudulent review generation.
