3. Review Guidelines
Reviews must adhere to the following community standards:
- First-hand experience: Reviews must recount your direct clinical experience, consultation, or treatment. Hearsay or second-hand commentary is disallowed.
- Constructive and respectful: Both positive and critical feedback are welcomed. Defamatory speech, personal slurs against clinic staff, or abusive language will result in immediate rejection.
- No commercial incentives: Reviews written in exchange for treatment discounts, cash, or promotional favors are strictly prohibited.
4. Clinic Right of Response
Clinic owners and managers have the right to respond publicly to reviews from their verified dashboard. Clinic responses must respect patient confidentiality (never disclosing private medical diagnostics publicly) and adhere to professional healthcare communication standards.
5. Dispute Resolution & Content Moderation
If a clinic believes a review is fraudulent, defamatory, or from an impersonator, they may submit a moderation dispute. The review is audited by our human moderation team. Content will be removed if it violates legal norms, but authentic negative feedback will never be removed merely at a clinic's request.
